 It's no secret, planning a wedding comes with a roller coaster of emotions including excitement and stress.   Plans can start small and end up big, or start big and end up small.  Adjustments and changes are normal but can be frustrating and feel a little out of control at times.
 
 As a Certified Travel Counsellor, a Destination Wedding Specialist, and a former destination wedding bride, I can honestly say… I understand! 
 
 I understand the importance and desire to plan the perfect wedding; selecting a beautiful location, choosing reputable vendors, and creating a celebration that compliments your love and union, all while staying within budget.  
 
 Destination weddings generally do not follow ‘traditional’ methods of wedding  planning. You are planning from a distance, vendors are not always a quick call away, nor is it possible to ‘pop-in’ because you were passing by.  Then, there’s the added pressure of planning travel and accommodations for your guests! 
 
   I remember asking my fiancé, “Are you calling ME a bridezilla?!” Even with my added education and experience, planning my own destination wedding was challenging! It would have been nice to have someone delegating for us versus taking  it all on.
